The Lucky Wheel is the most straightforward gambling method available at the casino. After purchasing a one-off standard casino membership for $500, the player can spin the wheel freely, but it can only be used once per real-life 24 hours per account. Spinning the Lucky Wheel is an easy way to win if you are using a controller (including a PC controller). It works by rotating the left analog stick. The speed at which the wheel turns is directly proportional to how quickly you twist the stick, so with a bit of practice, you can win exactly what you want from the wheel.
A lot of you have been tweeting at us and reporting that you cant use the features in the Casino, whether it’s spinning the lucky wheel or trying to play a game of Roulette. You’ll get a message saying ‘This feature is not available for you.’
Well, this for sure isn’t Rockstar Games fault. This is due to your country/government and the laws they have in place for Gambling. If your country is listed below. Then you won’t be able to use the features due to your anti-gambling laws set in place.
For some countries which can use the features, they may not be able to use in-game money which is from Shark cards. We spoke to Tez in Direct Messages which confirmed this. The game detects two types of Cash, Paid cash, and earned cash, Paid cash is Money purchased through Shark cards, Earned cash is any money you have gained through the games features. The Cashier at the Casino won’t allow you to use ‘Paid cash’ to purchase chips.
If your country is listed below and you want to try the Casino features, there is a variety of VPNs which will allow you to try them.

The roster of GTA Online Casino Cars hasn't received any fresh additions since the Nagasaki Stryder three-wheeled trike motorcycle rolled out in March, and we haven't heard any news of plans to release another set of new vehicles for the time being. With that said, the lack of updates coming to the in-game car showroom websites doesn't stop you from adding new rides to your garages, because the GTA Online Lucky Wheel podium vehicle prize offering is still getting regular weekly updates.
Up on the podium this week we have the GTA Online Lampadati Komoda, and the description on the website says 'It's a German-style sedan with none of the reliability. An Italian car with none of the flair. Luxurious and mundane. Exciting and banal. Sporty and lame. Never make another decision again. The Lampadati Komoda is a high-performance luxury vehicle for the executive who wants to have it all and nothing at the same time.' If that sounds like your cup of tea, then spin the Lucky Wheel and keep your fingers crossed for the right outcome.
The Nagasaki Stryder was the last of 26 new vehicles motoring in to San Andreas to tie in with the Diamond Casino Heist, so if you want to spend your ill-gotten cash on filling your garages then these rides could be just what you're looking for. Here's a list of all 26 new GTA Online Casino Cars and service vehicles from the Diamond Casino Heist update that are available now:
Ubermacht Rebla GTS - $1,175,000
Vapid Retinue Mk 2 - $1,620,000 ($1,215,000 trade)
Note that in order to qualify for the listed Trade Price, you need to have completed The Diamond Casino Heist as a leader, and have selected the appropriate vehicle to carry out your plan. Some of these vehicles are linked with the GTA Online casino, as you can collect them by hitting specific milestones during the casino missions and Diamond Casino Heist, or by winning big on the Lucky Wheel by spinning the Podium Car reward, while others are just fancy new additions designed to appeal to the more affluent players. Get ready to check out the freshest rides to hit the streets of GTA Online, with our guide to all you need to know about the latest GTA Online casino cars.

Make sure you spin the Lucky Wheel on the casino floor every day for a 1 in 20 chance to win the nearby podium vehicle, which at the time of writing is a previously released GTA Online casino car in the form of a Lampadati Komoda worth a cool $1,700,000 ($1,275,000 trade) from Legendary Motorsport. You also have a 1 in 20 chance to win a vehicle discount, giving you money off at one of the vehicle stores for a limited time (48 minutes, or one full in-game day) – you can check if you have any discounts available by going through the Interaction Menu > Inventory > Lucky Wheel Discounts. If you want to improve your chances of winning the podium vehicle then try out the GTA Online Lucky Wheel glitch.
Everyone who completes all six casino missions will receive an armoured version of the Enus Paragon R, which is exclusive to those players. There were previously a series of GTA Online casino cars rewards that could be unlocked by playing through the missions available once you've bought a Diamond casino Penthouse suite. By completing the second co-op mission, titled 'House Keeping', you earned an exclusive white and blue Ink Inc. livery for the Truffade Thrax along with a matching tee (pictured above). If you went on to complete all of the co-op missions then you'd receive an exclusive eCola racing livery for the Annis S80RR, and if you hosted all of these missions then you'd also collect an exclusive Yeti animal print livery for the Enus Paragon R.
However, you needed to earn these before August 7, 2019 to claim the rewards listed, and although Rockstar are introducing further rewards for completing these missions there are currently no more vehicle-related items to unlock.
Following on from the original 21 vehicles that were previously released, there are now 26 new GTA Online casino cars available, which can be purchased through the Legendary Motorsports, Southern San Andreas Super Autos, or Warstock Cache & Carry websites.
