Tickets may be purchased online at tickets.riversidecasinoandresort.com, Charge-by-Phone 877-677-3456, or in person at the Riverside Casino Gift Shop.
Our casino is now open as permitted in Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds' May 26th State Public Health Emergency Declaration. Our procedures are in accordance with that proclamation and follow guidance issued by the Iowa Department of Public Health, the Department of Inspection and Appeals and the CDC.
- The Iowa PGA Merchandise Show will be hosted on Monday, October 28 and held at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort. It is open to PGA Members and non-PGA Facility buyers. It is not open to the public.

Rewards and Tier Status
If you receive our monthly newsletter mailer with coupons, the per coupon free play amount you received most recently will be the same for the month we re-open. For example, if your last coupons were for $10 each, your coupons will be $10 each when we re-open.
Our extended closure will be factored in as it relates to your Resort Club card status for 2021.
For those eligible to earn comp points on your Resort Club account, your comp points remain intact. We will not start expiring unused comp points again until September 1, 2020.
Promotions
We will honor any March, April and May birthday offers through August. Some March casino promotions will be rescheduled and we will notify eligible customers by email or mail about the new dates.
Our casino promotion schedule is temporarily modified to allow for adherence to social distancing guidelines and IDPH capacity restrictions. We will post promotional information when we have updates.
Concert Tickets
Several concerts and events have already been rescheduled and tickets for future concerts are on sale. Your tickets from rescheduled events will be valid for the new concert dates or visit the host casino's entertainment web page for information on refunds.
