We interact as casino hosts between the client and the various casinos that we represent.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started with Caesars Atlantic City in 1984- 1987 then with Trump Plaza Atlantic City 1987 to 1991.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer personalized service and a wide variety of gaming destinations and casinos to choose in making reservations for our customers. In regards to our charter service and groups to gaming destinations we also have a representative on those trips to handle all the needs of our customers during their stay and any situation(s) that may arise.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our reservation center is located in Ventnor NJ with satellite offices in Cleveland and Akron, Oh.
