Co-founded by the creative collective of Dennis Jauch, Kim Willecke, and Phil Shaw in 2016, No Ceilings Entertainment envisions and enlivens immersive experiences, ranging from digital media, video, and live stage productions to concert tours, content creation, and activations. Comprising offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas, the staff consists of directors, editors, choreographers, and visionaries of all kinds.

The ceilings are found throughout the 85,680 square foot casino. The lighting is coved within the perimeter trim of the Swooshes providing an illusion of the sunlight highlighting a cloud in the sky. The fabricated ceiling system is comprised of three unique extruded aluminum profiles. Situated on the Colorado River, Aquarius Casino Resort features 1,906 guest rooms and suites with incredible views of the surrounding desert landscape and beyond. Riverview King Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Colorado River, coupled with striking desertscape colors and contemporary interiors, pair a contemporary lifestyle with modern.

“The name is literal,” the founders agree. “We don’t believe there are any boundaries to creativity. We want to go as far as we can. It’s a blank slate where anything is possible. We’re building meaningful experiences that essentially make you rethink reality.”

This trio initially rallied around a shared vision. At 19-years-old, Dennis and Kim first forged a friendship as they competed on So You Think You Can Dance Germany. Throughout the next decade, Dennis accrued an impressive list of choreography and creative direction credits, including Pop Idol, The Olympic Games in the UK, X Factor UK and U.S., AGT, Little Big Shots, and more. Meanwhile, Kim’s choreography and creative direction spanned Dancing With The Stars Germany, Germany’s Got Talent, and The Voice Germany Tour as well as fashion show for Nike and Schwarzkopf. In 2015, Kim spotted Phil at a New York party and, through their shared vision for art they started collaborating and formed a deep friendship. A BFA, Phil cut his teeth working under celebrated photographer Steven Klein.

Together, they launched No Ceilings Entertainment as a 360-degree creative studio. Right out of the gate, clients included world-renowned superstars, international fashion labels, and the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. For the Bellagio, they produced and directed the Mayfair Supper Club live production set to open in 2020.
